Whimsy & Wonder Post Print Club

A circle shaped, illustrated logo logo. The handwritten text reads "Whimsy & Wonder Post" in black lettering. There is a illustration of a smiling feminine face with her eyes closes. She has light brown/blonde curly hair. Beneath her face are her hands, holding a closed envelope with a litle red love heart on it. The background is a light purple/lavender color.

A whimsical piece of goddess art printed in my studio and mailed to you each month.

Hand-drawn artwork, scanned, printed, and signed in my art studio in Berlin, Germany.  One print.  A letter about my inspiration.  A little surprise in each one.  On its way to you by the 20th of the previous month.

I already know I want it!

Every month

I venture into my meditation and energy healing practice with my sketchbook nearby.  Imagery flows on to paper--feminine, goddess-like figures and woodland creatures whisper their stories through my paintbrushes and pencils and onto the page.  The meditation inspires the creating and the creating becomes its own meditation.  The artwork itself is infused with energy healing.

The original art stays safe in my sketchbook, but wants its message to be shared.  I scan it and print it out in small batches.  Each print is signed by hand, and infused with more Reiki energy.  A letter and a gift are enclosed.

Finally, it is time to send to those special few of you who are ready to bring whimsy & wonder into your own world and onto your walls.

What is included

  • One hand-signed, limited edition  5 x 7" reproduction print on watercolor paper
  • A letter from me with notes about my inspiration for the art
  • A small gift (it's a surprise!)
  • Advanced notice when I have new art and other offerings available

My name is Lea K. Tawd. I spent over 20 years as an artist in Portland, OR before taking my kids and our cats across the ocean to Berlin.

I used to send out quarterly snail mail from my Portland studio, and it brought me so much joy (and many of you from what I hear).  Whimsy & Wonder Post is the next step from that project.  I love making something tangible that connects with and inspires real people every month.

When I am alone in my studio I love to sing and dance while I paint!

My Promise to You

If your first print doesn't bring you joy, keep it and I will refund your money.  No questions asked and no hard feelings.

FAQ

How does a print club work?

You sign up by the 15th of the month to begin receiving a monthly, signed print plus a gift and a letter from me and I mail it out to you on the 20th!  You will be automatically billed each month thereafter and I will keep sending you whisical art and little gifties.

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

When will I get my print each month?

Luckily, I am in charge of when things are mailed!  But I am not in charge of how long they take to arrive. The average time seems to be about 2-4 weeks.  (I haven't lived here long so I will update this as I gather more data)!

Because I live in Germany and most of my customers are in the United States, I will ship each month's print by the 20th of the previous month.  For example, January's print will go into the mail by December 20th.

For this reason, if you are a new subscriber, you must sign up by the 15th of the prior month to receive the next shipment. This allows me time to make sure I have enough supplies for each mailing.  For example, if you sign up on December 14th, your first print will be January's.  But if you sign up on December 18th, your first print will be February's.

Is it really just one print?

No, not really!  Because I am extra and just can't help myself, you will get one 5 x 7" print on watercolor paper, a letter from me, and a little surprise every month.  You also get notified first when I have new art or other offerings available!

Can I cancel any time?

Absolutely.  You can also pause your subscription if you need to.  No worries!
