Four weeks of art and reiki healing to honor your rage, purge your fear, reawaken your own power and build a spark of hope for the life you are living RIGHT NOW.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe will use our creativity as an outlet for self-expression, a channel for our stress, a way to connect with others, and a container for catharsis.  Will everything be fixed in four weeks?  Probably not, but you will walk away with a new little community and some tools to continue to channel your feelings into your creativity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn this 4 week, in-person workshop, we will gather in a small container of 4-6 people.  We will look at art-making as a spell for a better world.  The projects will be centered around creating an art journal, which is approachable for all levels of experience and is something you can return to again and again. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI will also offer Reiki each week as a way to help imbue your experience with more healing and connection to the Muse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eClasses will be on Fridays in April from 6-9pm (4\/3, 4\/10, --*, 4\/24) in my art studio in outer SE Portland.  The address and other details will be sent to you upon registration.  *4th date TBD \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSnacks and tea will be provided as well as all art supplies.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eLea K.
