Calm in Chaos: Healing art and reiki support for the season

The holiday season is filled with so much pressure--pressure to buy, pressure to be happy, pressure to celebrate.  It can also be a time of difficult family dynamics rearing their heads, a time of grief and loneliness.  A lot of us are also feeling heaviness and fear for the upcoming presidency and the ramifications it could have for our selves, our neighbors, friends, families and communities.

Let's come together for an evening of reiki and art making to get a little relief and envision the world we would like to work towards.

We will start with a little reflection and grounding and then a group reiki session.  Then we'll have some group creative time to make whatever you are inspired to.  I will have a prompt and also be available for support if you're not sure what to do.  We will have a little time to share at the end.

My intention is for you to come away from the evening with a vision to ground into as you move forward into the season. 

No art or reiki experience necessary!  This workshop will take place on zoom; bring whatever art supplies you have on hand, a journal, maybe a cozy blanket, a candle, and some tea, water, and snacks.  Whatever you need to feel comfortable.
